Louise Urban

Louise is a Commercial Sales and Leasing agent specialising in Christchurch’s CBD. Her strong work ethic, personality, attention to detail and great problem solving skills allow Louise to bring a high level of service to all the clients she deals with.

Louise chose to make her career in real estate in her early twenties, three years later she was one of the top achieving agents in South Africa whilst working for MRCB. Most of her clients were international investors, as well as a host of sporting legends. She accredits her deep understanding of property to growing up surrounded by developers, investors, architects, and engineers; and her success to the trust her clients have in her integrity.

Since leaving South Africa for New Zealand in 2007, Louise missed using her negotiating skills in business and has spent the last five years learning the New Zealand commercial market, and refining those skills. Moving to Bayleys from Knight Frank was a logical progression to enable Louise to assist her clients across all their needs under the large Bayleys umbrella. Finding the right property / purchaser relationships for her valued clients is paramount, and with her determined nature, Louise will get the job done.
