Lisa Zawitkoski

I was born in NZ, just scraping into the 60’s.  Being ever the adventure lovers, my father Lyn Wilcock and my mother Diane decided that Canada was an adventure too good to pass up. So in 1974, my parents, I and two brothers set off to discover the winter wonderland.  We had a wonderful 13 years there, made lifelong friends and a ton of great memories.  In 1987 after being hit by an F4 tornado my parents decided that it was a “sign” to move home to the land of the long white cloud.  We arrived in Auckland after a 2 week pit stop in Hawaii and were greeted by my grandparents who then drove us to Tauranga to their farm at Pahoia Pt.  My grandmother scared us to death with her barely able to see over the steering wheel driving!  But once out of the car and looking out towards the mount I knew I was truly home. 

My husband and I now reside in Otumoetai and are blessed with two amazing and kind children, my daughter Taylor and my son Levi, as well as number of furry family members.  We love all that living in Tauranga has to offer, wonderful schools, some of the best beaches in the world and the ability to get anywhere in about 15 minutes! 

Being a mum, it’s important to me to have the flexibility and balance to work and still be there to support my kids in their school and sporting commitments.  I am a committee member and grade coordinator for Otumoetai Football Club, our family fosters for the SPCA and in 2015 I was involved as a model in the “Tarnished Frocks and Divas” show.  I thrive on challenges and am passionate about life and helping people.

My biggest strength is my ability to relate to all types of people and to make them feel at ease.  I will go the extra mile and find solutions.  I can arm you with the knowledge and honest feedback or advice to help you make the best decisions. With my experience in home staging and merchandising I can offer tips on how to stage your home to get ready for the market and maximise your profit.  So if you are thinking of listing your home or wanting to purchase, I will, regardless if buying or selling, work hard for you.

I initially approached The Professionals / NRG Realty in Tauranga in late April 2014 because of favourable experiences with the same franchise in Manukau City. At that stage I was merely investigating possibilities regarding my mother’s home in the Avenues in Tauranga.
