Klara Kozak (nee Pulceska)

Klara comes from the Czech Republic where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Business, she then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Tourism in Denmark. Klara worked in the marketing department at Ernst & Young and at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in their Prague offices prior to leaving her home country to explore the world again. Her passion for traveling brought her to New Zealand in 2013 when she joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Auckland office. Klara joined New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty at the beginning of 2017 and worked as an Account Manager in Projects and Developments division for over 4 years. Klara was involved in developments undertaken by New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty from start to finish, managing and coordinating various channels to ensure that every project runs smoothly and meets the set objectives. Most recently Klara was appointed as Marketing & Operations Manager in the newly opened Auckland Remuera branch, to work alongside Jonathan Sissons to help him in spearheading the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty brand in Auckland suburbs from Parnell through Remuera to Panmure. In 2019 Klara obtained her Salesperson Licence and has been selling residential property since. Klara proved to be a natural in selling when she heavily contributed the sell down of 45 Mt Eden development project. When Klara is not at work, she loves taking part in all sorts of sports, exploring the world, reading about architecture and design and spending time with her family and friends.
