Kirsty and David Powell have been local Clarks Beach / Waiau Pa residents for 17 years. They are delighted to work as a team representing Barfoot & Thompson in their local community for residential and lifestyle sales. Kirsty’s previous occupational health business as a Physiotherapist took her out of the district every day and she now enjoys working in the area that she also calls home. David has a Commerce Degree and previous experience in Marketing/Sales roles as well as practical hands on experience in farming and lifestyle block management.
The Powell’s, including their three sons; enjoy what the Waiau Pa/Clarks Beach district offers families. Over the years they have volunteered to work with the Clarks Beach Playgroup, Kindergarten Committee, Waiau Pa School Board, Waiau Pa Hockey Club and the Counties Manukau Hockey Association. Currently both Kirsty and David are active members of the Fire Brigade and First Response Medical Team, keeping them in touch with the community.
Kirsty and David live on a 5ha life style block and also own and manage a rural farm property on the Awhitu Peninsula. They enjoy this wild undiscovered area of the Auckland Super City and are passionate about the life style that beach and rural living offers in these areas. They specialise in properties in the Clarks Beach/Waiau Pa area as well as Glenbrook Beach, Karioitahi Beach and the Awhitu Peninsula.
