Kiki Abel

With a career spanning more than 20 years in sales, marketing and training, Kiki is delighted to be appointed the Sales Director for New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, Hawke’s Bay. Kiki has a broad and highly-developed scope of skills and experience, with qualifications in business (human resources), and building design/drafting. Most recently, Kiki has been employed by the Tremain Group as Group Sales Director, which involved mentoring a select group of agents with a desire to advance their careers through sales development. Prior to this Kiki was chosen to lead in the role of Sales Manager overseeing both the Hastings and Havelock North Tremains offices. A sharing of her expansive industry and professional experience and knowledge in leadership, negotiation mastery, customer service and marketing strategies, saw a positive change in all aspects of the business in both roles. As a selling agent, Kiki was named the top Tremains Salesperson on more than one occasion, including 2013 and 2014, with a special award for recognition in sales excellence in 2015. Kiki’s superior local knowledge has been a key factor in her continued success. With more than 500 gratified clients in her selling career, Kiki is dedicated to asking herself ‘What is best for the client?’ and ‘What does the client want?’ to ensure she always gets the right result. Her phenomenal track record can be put down to her unwavering energy for the business, negotiating prowess, tenacious attitude and strong commitment to the client’s aspirations.  Leading the Hawke’s Bay sales function, Kiki will again personally represent clients in Napier as a selling agent within the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty team and looks forward to offering her services to deliver deserving and worthy outcomes for her clients.
