We had a rental property at the time in Mt Wellington, which was being rented by one of our senior employees, who was looking to purchase his first home. Kees worked diligently and successfully finding a suitable property for my employee to purchase.

Shortly after this period, we decided to sell our rental property in Mt Wellington, and we had no hesitation in selecting Kees as our real estate agent.

Kees prepared a very special marketing and advertising programme including the set up and staging of suitable furniture to showcase the property. The property went to auction after the marketing period and was duly sold at auction late November 2016 with settlement early January 2017.
