The world of property has become a long-time passion for Kayla. Starting in the real estate industry at the age of 17, Kayla was determined to succeed and grow from the outset. She soon proved her abilities, taking on a small profile of 13 rental properties for Mid Canterbury Real Estate and within three years growing that to over 130 properties and winning a national award for Most Growth in Property Management.

Kayla has worked abroad in both Ireland and London for 6 years, where she managed the relocation of expats and their families and acted as a personal assistant to a high profile British family. The skills she honed overseas, including attention to detail, communication and organisation all show in her role as a Licensed Personal Assistant in Team Turner.
