Karyn Hodgson

Newly qualified, Karyn brings a fresh, enthusiastic approach to marketing your property and she is looking forward to proving herself as a valued and productive member of the First National Team. Karyn has lived in Maungaturoto with her husband Colin and their children since 2009 and is an active member of the community. Over the years, Karyn has been extremely involved with school events, from camp fundraisers, to Gala days and sporting events. She was on the Maungaturoto JMB Rugby committee for 6 years and held the position of Publicity Officer and also managed various teams. Karyn currently holds the voluntary positions of Events Manager and barperson at the Maungaturoto Country Club, which is the home of Junior and Senior Rugby, Squash, Bowls, Equestrian, Motor Cross and Repertory Theatre. The Country Club is also a Conference and Function facility set on a sheep farm in the heart of Maungaturoto, with a community walkway and orchard available to the public. Karyn is also the Publicity Officer for the Paparoa Golf Club where her husband and son play. The Paparoa Golf Club is a picturesque 9 hole course, surrounded by farmland, off Golden Stairs Road, on the outskirts of Maungaturoto. Karyn is passionate about Maungaturoto and its surrounding districts and would love to help you discover its hidden treasures.
