Real Estate and the power of property is a true interest of John’s and has been for many years right from the time of his overseas travel which took him to many countries around the world until he chose to settle back in New Zealand with wife Jaimee.

Having had experience in the Real Estate industry for several years, understanding current and local trends has been a real focus for John. He has also bought and sold property, recently on a challenging market so understands the highs and lows that clients experience.

John enjoys discussing the opportunity to renovate and improve a property to enhance the saleability having undertaken several projects and knows the pitfalls and challenges.
