Jodi and Alan are a successful real estate team fondly known as the ‘Double Agents’ in Matamata.  With a wealth of local knowledge Jodi & Alan specialise in residential, investment, sections and lifestyle property too.  Jodi & Alan have built their reputation as dedicated successful hardworking salespeople.  They both strive to work very hard for their clients giving them the same service that they would want themselves.  Alan is known for his high negotiation skills and the ‘outside the square’ thinking, and his ‘never say die’ attitude.  But he would be nothing without Jodi.  Alan has lived in Matamata all his life, Jodi has lived here since 1998.   We invest back into our own marketing.    Alan has won many awards over his many years in Real Estate.  When Jodi joined him in 2005 and he immeditely jumped to being a member of the Multi Million Dollar chapter with his agency.  In 2013, Jodi & Alan were asked to join & help to increase the profile of Property Brokers agency which is a new company to town.  We feel we have been very successful in achieving this, consistently being in the top two in the Residential sales for Matamata.
