Selling real estate is an enjoyable and invigorating challenge, a challenge to achieve the best selling price for a Client and a challenge to find the right home at the right price for a Customer.
When listing a property I am always mindful of the huge advantages of working for a successful company such as Barfoot & Thompson. I am a team player, in an 900 agent team who operate from more than 50 offices. With a superb website and a huge listing database, we currently sell 1 in 3 properties in the Auckland market. I list and sell in all price ranges. My clients are mainly repeat Clients asking me to sell their property again and also to help them with the purchase of a new home. Many of my other listings are referrals generated by these same Clients, or Customers who have been happy with the time spent in finding them a home to purchase.
Real Estate is about relating to people, establishing trust and confidence, and having the ability to sell. My position as a successful salesperson in the Company, working from the highest producing office in the city, has consistently been in the top 30 since I joined 9 years ago.
As a listing agent, I look to achieve the maximum sales price for a Client. This is done in an efficient, effective way, using marketing that maximises value for the money spent by the Client. My many years of experience enable me to identify the Customer, maximise the sales price and complete a successful sale. When working with a Customer, listening and analysing their needs and endeavouring to satisfy them is fundamental to my success. The many referral phone calls for help that I receive are I believe a testament to my ability to find the right home for the right Customer.
