Jim Weir

Jim comes from a farming background having been born and brought up on a 600 hectare property in the Central Otago area at Ranfurly.

Jim has spent many years both working on farms and shearing in New Zealand and overseas. Farm ownership was his goal and this came to fruition in 1992.

Jim started his career in real estate in 1995. He has an excellent background and knowledge of the Canterbury rural sector, having owned a farm on the Banks Peninsula.

Prior to joining Devlin Real Estate Ltd, Jim’s Real Estate sales experience was gained working under various international rural real estate franchises.

Jim strives to provide a high level of service to his clients and prides himself in getting the best possible outcome for his clients.
