After a successful career in funds management, Jim joined Bayleys in 2002 and rapidly established himself in the C&I arena achieving rookie of the year for Waikato Bay of Plenty and later Top Sales person for Bay of Plenty on a number of occasions. Combined sales are now well in excess of $250 million including several shopping centres in many parts of the country.
He was based in Hamilton for four years and has returned to Tauranga Office. He is well placed to advise on commercial and industrial property markets throughout Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
Highlights include sales of Pegasus Bay Town, Tri-City Properties Portfolio, Goldfields Shopping Centre, Tauranga Retail Centre, Tauriko Industrial Park, Alsynite Property,Kmart Hamilton, The Warehouse Hastings and the relocation of Farmers Motor Group, Tauranga.
Jim holds a BSc, MBA, and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
