Managing a 160 bed student hostel in Hamilton gave James Hanright excellent grounding for becoming a student and short term accommodation specialist.
His training as a secondary school educator enhances his handling of the pressures in managing high turnover properties with high turnover tenants.

James' diverse portfolio includes many apartments and short term rentals. Most of the apartments turn over tenants every three to six months and many properties require a new tenant annually.

James expands his knowledge by working with a very experienced team and participating in community forums. He constantly monitors the market to ensure he is delivering value to his landlords.
