Heather Norrish

In 1996 Heather entered the real estate industry bringing with her a wealth of experience from the "school of life"! Her administrative background as a legal secretary, and her many years of experience as a counselor alongside her husband Paul, provided her with invaluable tools for a career in Real Estate. This new chapter resulted in Heather building a very successful business at First National in Bethlehem. During these years, she was the recipient of a number of awards, placing her at the top of the First National network in New Zealand - the most sought after of these being two platinum awards and top sales consultant for the Bay of Plenty for two consecutive years.

Norrish Realty was established in 2004 in partnership with her husband Paul following which Heather completed the necessary study to obtain recognition as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ).

Heather's business as a marketing consultant continued to go from strength to strength with most of her business returning to her from past clients and ongoing referrals from her extensive database . In 2006 she approached Jan King to work alongside her, at first as a personal assistant and then as a business partner. Since day one Paul and Heather have shared the value that "people matter most" and with Jan sharing the same values have proven time after time, year and after year that "when people come first it's rewarding for everyone"!
