Greg Allen-Baines

Greg has lived and worked in the Warkworth area for the past 21 years having moved from Pakuranga, Auckland in 1989. He spent some time in the New Zealand Army as a regular soldier and later as a territorial soldier. He also spend much of his time as a policeman working in South Auckland.

Greg started in Real Estate as a salesman in 1997 and in October 2002 appointed an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, and then completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) at Massey University graduating in May 2005.

"I have been a real estate agent and business owner in the area for approximately 15 years. I recently sold my share in another prominent brand as I saw that change was needed. To do this Amanda Wynne and I brought the well-respected Harveys Real Estate brand back into the area to make the changes happen in a way that benefits all.

Harveys Real Estate specialises in the Mahurangi regions coastal and lifestyle properties and as residents of Algies Bay, Amanda and I have a special intrest in how, where and to whom our properties are marketed and the outcomes expected.
