Grace Wong

Grace has been working in real estate in the East Auckland and Manukau regions for the last 12 years. After successfully achieving NZ Premier status at Ray White Real Estate, Grace joined Pakuranga Howick Realty, where she was in the top three salespeople for 2004/2005. Within her 12 years of real estate Grace has been successful in selling over hundreds properties, including residential houses, vacant land, lifestyle blocks and rural farmlets.

Grace has been living in the area for over 10 years, emigrating from Hong Kong in 1997, and is married to a Kiwi. She is a personable, honest and genuine personality, and prides herself in providing outstanding service for her clients. As well as English Grace can speak Cantonese and Mandarin, also having experience assisting new immigrants to settle in New Zealand.

Prior to working in real estate Grace managed an import and export firm in Hong Kong where she dealt with clients from all around the world. Grace has successfully completed a course in Sales and Marketing in Auckland.
