After two decades in both residential and commercial real estate, with two high profile Auckland Real Estate companies, George decided to take the exciting opportunity of becoming the Principal and Auctioneer of One Agency Luxury Property based in Parnell, Auckland.

As a licensed auctioneer, George is responsible for the conduct and calling of the company's auctions, and numerous charity auctions.

As a sales consultant, George always focused on the client and it is that same emphasis which he enthuses into the team today. His commitment to a client focused business and dedication to support the team is evident in all aspects of the company, along with his Property Management Team who provides seamless management for his investor clients.

Having specialised in the Auckland Central and suburban markets, he has a broad knowledge and understanding of property especially in the prestige eastern suburbs.

Successful relationships with developers as a project marketer, and with financiers and solicitors as their agent of choice for asset recovery and asset realisation, contributes to the wealth of experience George brings as the Principal of this new Agency.
