Geoff is South Auckland’s neighborhood property authority. Born and bred in the South Auckland area, he’s lived locally ever since.
Geoff is the Managing Director and Principal of Professionals, Lovegrove Realty Limited and heads Team Lovegrove. A long-time property owner and investor himself, Geoff’s blend of experience and local knowledge is key to his company’s regional dominance and success. Establishing Lovegrove Realty in 2007 with the takeover of the Professionals Manurewa office, and boldly adding a second office in Papatoetoe the following year, Geoff is decisive and driven.
In 1994, Geoff started his first job in the automotive industry with a leading
multi-dealership group. Six months later he was the top new car salesperson in the
business. From the beginning, Geoff’s service ethic and sales acumen were second to none.
Consistent sales success across businesses and brands, and the ability to coach teams to the same success, saw Geoff as General Manager of a Ford & Mazda dealership before he made the move into real estate. In his first year in the real estate industry, Geoff was the top salesperson companywide.
Between listings, viewings and team coaching, Geoff can often be found out ‘n’ about in the community. As well as the Professionals national network sponsorship of the Child Cancer Foundation, Lovegrove Realty Limited supports a number of local school
initiatives and Geoff is a board member for the South Auckland Property Press.
From a global perspective, Geoff is now the New Zealand trustee for the Hibiscus Trust Fiji. This trust works to improve peoples health via education and medical assistance creating real change in basic and preventative health issues. A much needed cause.
Mountain biking, road cycling and snowboarding are Geoff’s idea of relaxation.
