Geoff has been in real estate sales since 2008 and joined Harcourts in 2010. In the 2010 year, he was the agent who listed the most properties for sale by auction, and was also the top producer in the office.
He puts this success down to his ability to listen and relate to his clients and then to strategize by creating campaigns that generate interest, excitement and involve both buyers and sellers. Each property is like an individual – each with a different story to tell and a different audience to hear – both are looking for the same result – a big SOLD! sign.
Remuera and Epsom are naturally “home base” but Geoff has also sold homes in the surrounding suburbs of Mount Eden, Ellerslie, Greenlane, One Tree Hill, Sandringham, Three Kings and Balmoral. It doesn’t matter where the house is, “The Golden Rule" always applies: “You have to love what you do to do it well” - and he loves selling real estate!
