Erin Kingston AREINZ

Erin Kingston is a Rotorua local through and through. Her family has been in the area for three generations, originally farming in Waikite Valley. After completing her schooling at Rotorua Girls High School, Erin trained as a Chef and worked in Mt Maunganui and Melbourne before heading to the UK.

Erin has enjoyed a career in real estate spanning over 10 years. As a letting negotiator and team manager in London she?s handled the letting of hundreds of residential properties. Erin enjoyed the role of coaching and supporting the lettings department and seeing her team develop and grow. Well-travelled, her real estate career is also complemented by two years in a recruitment role in Ireland.

She returned to Rotorua in 2012 and quickly moved to become PA to the Director of ETB Realty, being focussed and professional lead to the opportunity as the Operations Manager for Harcourts Rotorua and Whakatane in 2014. Overseeing property management, operations, sales and marketing, compliance, professional development and human resources.

Recently completing the Harcourts New Zealand Future Leaders Program, Erin has also been recognised for years of dedicated service and expertise in the industry by being granted the Associate Status by The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ).

In 2019 Erin became a shareholder and Director of ETB Realty fulfilling a career long goal of business ownership. Her focus is on continuing to build an environment for success and excellence for our team and clients in all the real estate services we offer.

Erin loves the outdoors, enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband Mark and two boys Asher and Caden.
