The region's newest agency is One Agency, Picton & Sounds, with Dianna Schulz, our local business owner. After a lengthy period in the property industry, Dianna has a well-rounded view of all things related to Real Estate and is keen to offer a fresh approach and superior service to local owners and buyers in this area.  After living here for over 14 years, she considers herself a local.

Dianna is the 'Real Deal' offering a genuine service, backed by extensive knowledge and experience in the property industry. She has an easy, going personality and an ability to relate to people with compassion and empathy. She quotes: “The emotional roller coaster of buying and selling is not an easy process, but I'm here to help steer my customers in the right direction, every step of the way”.

She has worked for the banks, managed Rural Property portfolios and is also a Registered Property Valuer, having practised in this area for the past five years. Dianna also holds a Degree, Bachelor of Business Studies – Property Management and Valuation, plus a Diploma in Business Studies – Rural Endorsement.
