Diane is the Branch Manager/Business Owner, of Ray White, Buy West Property Management Ltd, Te Atatu.

Diane has worked in the real estate industry in West Auckland as a salesperson from 1991, then as a Branch Manager from 1997, and in 2000 formed Buy West Realty Ltd and Buy West Property Management Ltd. Diane and her family have lived on the Peninsula for 30 years, and enjoy the lifestyle the Peninsula has to offer.  

Diane’s negotiating skills combined with her high level of communication, commitment, energy, organizational skills and focus for providing her clients a positive Real Estate Experience, are the key factors for her ongoing success.

She strongly believes continuing education for herself,  and her Property Management Team as being  paramount in the changing face of the Real Estate Industry. 

Diane has a sound understanding of marketing principals and techniques which have proved invaluable in achieving successful outcomes  for her team and their clients.  As an investor herself, both with residential and commercial property she has a greater understanding for her Landlords and tenants requirements.
