Hi, I'm Deborah Woolford - I have been a local in Green Bay for over 10 years with my husband, and gone on to have 3 red headed girls who are loving growing up out west, who have kept us on our toes with their temperament and energy.

We love West Auckland with its distinctive culture and lifestyle, the closeness to the Waitakere Ranges with wonderful beaches, walks and a great community feel. It still amazes us that with a short 5 - 10 minute drive, it feels like you have left Auckland behind, or within 15 - 20 minutes you can be in the hustle and bustle of the city. I love introducing new buyers to this incredible lifestyle.

In 1999 I completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Geography and I speak rusty German. Like many people with BA's I proceeded to work as a Travel Agent! I thoroughly loved helping people planning and organising their holidays, and made the transition to the wholesale side of travel making bookings for business travellers.

I enjoy being creative, and one of my greatest joys is hand making individual glass beads for the 'Beads of Courage Program', which provides beads for children going through treatment for cancer.

Over the years my experience of meeting deadlines, listening to what people want, my attention to detail and organisational skills will help me work cohesively with my clients when selling their homes.
