I have been a Real Estate salesperson for almost 14 years, and love helping people through the process of selling their most expensive asset (for most)or buying their first or next home. I take a collabrative approach to selling which means I communicate with my vendors throughout the process so they are well informed with what the marketing is doing and what the purchasers are saying, this way they are fully informed and know what to do when an offer comes in. I work for my vendors and I won't undermine your property or you by giving away information such as your reason for selling, this can make your position weak. I enjoy my work and enjoy meeting new people it makes life interesting.
