David Stewart specialises in commercial and industrial valuations with a focus on higher value assets in Auckland particularly within the North Shore market. This includes valuation of investment properties for listed property trusts and corporate clients including Augusta, Stride, NZ Post, NZ Police, Panuku, Auckland Transport and Auckland Council.
In addition to commercial and industrial valuation work, David has gained experience with specialist asset classes including service stations, cool stores, development land and leasehold property.
Regular assignments include valuations completed for mortgage security and asset purposes, rental assessments and negotiations, insurance valuations plus general valuation consultancy in order to assist clients with their property specific needs.
David is co-located at the Bayleys North Shore Office in Takapuna and the Bayleys Head Office in Wynyard Quarter. He is the past Treasurer of the Auckland Branch of the Property Institute of New Zealand and, as an avid sports fan and golfer, is not averse to working with you on the green!
