My clients often refer to me as "the consummate professional" and with over 15 years of award winning experience in Residential, business and commercial real estate, I guess I have picked up a skill or two.

My early work history is certainly varied, with roles from tending boutique vineyards to being on the Executive of a huge Government organisation.  

I enjoyed many years in the music industry, both here in New Zealand and abroad, playing in bands, as a session musician, teaching percussion and vocal coaching as well as managing bands, engineering in recording studios and producing music as a freelance sound engineer.

I returned to New Zealand with my family in 1998 and, while looking for a new home, was approached by a franchise owner of the Leaders Group, and my Real Estate Sales career began. 


In my first year, based in Waikanae, on the Kapiti Coast, (in competition with 68 other established agents) I was personally responsible for 12% of all sales completed, and won the Leaders Nationwide Rookie of the Year award and the Leaders region Salesperson of the year award, and was a finalist in the REINZ National awards as well.

Over the next 48 months I won the monthly top listings award 39 times, Top Seller award 41 times, as well as community awards for charity fundraising and area promotion.

I then moved into the Real Estate Training arena, teaching, assisting and mentoring upcoming agents.  In 2011 I spent a little time selling Real Estate under another well-known international brand based in Queenstown lakes and Central Otago regions, where I met my amazing and highly talented wife Elayne.

After returning to Wellington in late 2012 I joined with an experimental Online Real Estate Company, listing and selling unseen properties online while helping develop the brand across the country.
   
Following a chance meeting with Joseph Lupi (Owner Century 21 Wellington region) and John Willcox (Century 21 Manager) in late 2015 I decided it was time to add some colour to my career and donned the famed Gold Jacket…
