Danielle has been immersed within the real estate industry since 1993, on both a personal and professional level. She therefore understands both the dynamics associated with selling, whilst also empathising with buyers during their decision making process.

Danielle’s real estate career has predominately been Bay of Plenty focused yet her experience in property markets abroad has reinforced her gratification of New Zealand. She has enormous appreciation for not only what our country can offer the property owner but even more so, the stunning coastal paradise of Mount Maunganui and Papamoa - specifically from a lifestyle and property growth perspective.

Danielle has worked alongside some of the most renowned, local market leaders, attributing such experience gained by offering a vital point of difference in the level of service she offers. Such service, soundly supported by reputable systems greatly admired by many of her peers.

Danielle’s very real and sincere commitment is to her clients, with the desire to do well by those she represents. Lauren MacRae, a Residential Marketing and Assistant Salesperson in her own right, is 100% committed to specifically assisting Danielle’s buyers. She remains in close contact, ensuring no stone is left unturned and exhausting every avenue in order to meet their buyer’s needs. Raised within the area, Lauren is truly ‘local,' arming her with a great deal of regional knowledge and understanding. Her focus is finding buyers the right home and desires to not only get the job done but do it well - this is clearly evident within her sincere and honest demeanour. Lauren is a great listener which is why all who work with her have absolutely no hesitation in contacting her again when it comes to their next selling or buying decision.

As the most recent and welcome addition to Danielle’s team, Nicole Golding acts as the administrative backbone within her role as Personal Assistant. Off the back of a five year long senior marketing role within the local real estate industry, as too having had a parent within the same sector, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge both professionally and personally. An amiable disposition, graphic design proficiency, the ability to prioritise and remain unflappable under pressure, are key attributes which merely skim the surface of Nicole's skill set. Several sports codes have formed an important role within Nicole’s world and her love for netball continues, being an active playing member of the local premier league. Nicole’s presence within Danielle’s team brings yet another personable level to such hence ensuring each and every client and customer feels the sense of importance they deserve.
