Beginnings
Having grown up in the local area, Damon attended Mt Albert Grammar School and went on to begin his working life in Ponsonby/Grey Lynn. He married a local girl and a few years later commenced business ownership, gaining experience in the soft furnishings and window treatments market.

Damon attributes his past successes in sales, to a firm belief in a few cornerstone principles and core values. These include;
