Chris Frank

With a history of working in the construction industry, Chris Frank brings a wealth of building knowledge to the team at Bayleys. Before joining the Real Estate industry in 2002, Chris worked as a quantity surveyor and project manager in New Zealand, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Today, Chris combines this experience with his wealth of knowledge of the Christchurch property market to bring his clients a comprehensive service. He is particularly interested in design build properties.  Chris’s knowledge is a help to many clients as the Christchurch rebuild steps up after the destruction and demolition of so many buildings after the devastating earthquakes 2010/2011.  Although disappointed at the loss of so many buildings, Chris is excited to be part of the rebuild and the opportunities that it offers.

Chris is married to Debbie and has four adult children.  He is a proud Cantabrian keen on all sport but passionate about rugby.  He is a keen tramper, cyclist and has travelled extensively around New Zealand and overseas.  He is happy to support others in the community in need, both in New Zealand and overseas.
