Cheryl’s move to Tauranga in 2004 led to the start of her career in the real estate industry. After having spent five years in senior management, Cheryl began selling in 2009 with her husband, Auctioneer, Grant Child, before venturing out as a salesperson on her own.
Cheryl’s background in administration is extensive with several of her past roles being PA to senior executives or sole charge positions. Combine this with her experience in the real estate industry across management, administration and sales and you’ve got a depth of knowledge and experience that make her the perfect back stop for Chris Royal. Being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in her own right too, Cheryl is not only able to assist Chris in the office, but also in the field supporting Chris with vendors, buyers and open homes.
