Chanda Suri was engaged by The Wright Family Trust to sell one of our properties at Rimu Street. At a meeting prior to signing any agreements she fully explained the different options open to us and appropriate costs involved. We chose to go to auction. Once on the market she liaised with our tenant and I believe all open homes went well. She also advocated with the new owners to keep our excellent tenant.
