Carlene brings a huge wealth of knowledge and sales experience having been involved within the real estate industry for over seventeen years. Specialising in selling residential and lifestyle properties as well as special projects including subdivisions and multi-unit developments. Her dynamic and positive personality together with her ‘can do’ attitude ensures all her clients enjoy a high level of service and successful outcome in this very challenging and changing market place. 

A low key entrepreneur herself, Carlene designed, project managed and sold a 29 unit storage facility in Taupo in 2017 and between 2018-2019 completed a small subdivision and townhouse development as well as three other new home builds.

Coming from a family of Real Estate agents and having owned and operated her own retail businesses throughout Mount Maunganui, Hamilton and Auckland provides Carlene with a level of personal experience which she puts to excellent use across all categories of the Real Estate market. 

Carlene works extremely hard and still prides herself on innovative and creative marketing campaigns for her Vendor clients and never walks away from a potential sale and negotiation without knowing she has tried her very best to achieve a win/win for both buyer and seller.  

Outside of real estate Carlene also competes at show jumping which provides her with an excellent network of people and contributes exceptionally well to her lifestyle and rural market success. Today’s technology assists her to continue working whilst she is at these events.
