Brendon Webster

Brendon comes from a hospitality background having managed many restaurants and bars throughout his career most recently heading the corporate catering team in one of New Zealand’s leading banks.   Over the years this experience has given him a firm understanding of hard work, strong communication skills as well as honing the art and execution of superior customer service.  This experience has enhanced his ability to form strong relationships with people from all walks of life bringing his calm and relaxed attitude, his natural enthusiasm and being able to bring a smile to anyone’s day. 

These attributes along with his long held affinity to do with anything in residential property will assist him in dealing with all comers from first home buyers, those wanting to move up the property ladder to baby boomers and down-sizers.  In his spare time Brendon enjoys spending time with his partner, family and friends both at home and around town as well as having a keen interest in the motorsport arena.

Having recently purchased a new apartment in the city (after making the move from the North Shore), it was time to realise another long-term goal of transitioning into the property industry in residential sales at Bayleys Real Estate.  Focussing on Auckland’s Inner City and Fringe Apartments seemed a natural fit to help the city’s growing population adjust to this new living phenomenon.  Combined with Bayleys 45 years of experience in the Real Estate business as a market leader, their wealth of industry knowledge, fantastic people and full back-up support systems this team will become a force to be reckoned with.
