Bonnie Reid

My husband and two sons have spent the past 20 years in the wonderful community of Clarks Beach and Waiau Pa in the Franklin district. As a result, I am passionate about where we live, including the people and the lifestyle. Rural spaciousness, beach life, and a community spirit that is just fabulous to be part of!

Career wise, in the early days I spent twelve years in the banking industry, focusing on mortgage finance and eventually relief branch management. The time spent in this industry gave me an incredible grounding in organisation, and setting a high service standard as the norm. In Real Estate I believe this is just one of the strengths that I bring to my clients. You will enjoy a very well run marketing campaign that is well thought out, targeted, and professional - aligned nicely with the internationally recognised service standard that is Harcourts.

I have always had a finance and administrative focus, working in the Social Services industry in the latter years. The skills that I developed in this environment include a deep sense of caring for the people who I work with. I listen very carefully to my clients, determining what is most important to each one. I treat everyone with the upmost respect and as a result develop positive relationships with clear concise communication.

Lastly, the other quality I offer is creativity. I have a passion for property, and what a huge part it plays in our lives. My logo is 'hopes and dreams' and this sums it up. My desire is to help my clients reach their best possible outcome. With a creative eye, I tend to be able to see a properties potential, including how to best present and showcase your home. This creativity also positively contributes while working with buyers, helping them achieve their objectives.

My builder husband Aaron and I have had so much fun with property over the past 25 years. We have enjoyed renovating, building, subdividing, plus dabbling in the odd investment property. We have learnt a lot, and it has been a very satisfying part of our life. This is why it is easy to jump out of bed each day excited about getting to help others experience the same - if not better!
