Ben has a unique ability to look at a system, identify the negatives, take the positives and build something special from the existing.   He is highly motivated and as the founder of the Trinity Network, Ben has an insight into the Real Estate industry that you won’t find elsewhere.  

A number of years back, Ben completed his degree in Architecture. However, motivated by the person to person connection and greater variety within the Real Estate Industry, he set out to make a change.  Having built experience for a number of years in established companies, Ben realised that the way Real Estate sales were conducted was changing.  Not only did the industry appear to be falling behind in terms of the sale process, but the backend systems the sales-teams’ were using were also out of date.  With this in mind Ben knuckled down and in only a few months obtained his National Diploma in Real Estate and now has his Agents license (2 steps above a regular Salesperson License).

Ben has created a new system that is designed to streamline the services his clients require to make the process easier and in addition establish a commission structure that is a win for everyone.  The latest technology has enabled you to save thousands of dollars without reducing the level of service provided.  If anything you’ll find huge improvements.

Ben is a forward thinker and over the past 3 years he has been making 5am starts to study Mandarin to cater to the growing Chinese demographic.  In 2015 he spent 6 months in China having a well-deserved break from the industry and taking his understanding of the Chinese language and cultural differences to the next level. 

He is now able to take his unique skill set and apply it to selling your home in a way you have never experienced before.   In addition, Ben is constantly looking to improve his negotiating skills, marketing nous and the way he relates to and communicates with his clients. 

Of course honesty, transparency and trust are highly important to Ben, you only need to look at the foundations that the Trinity Network are built on to see that, but he still thinks that’s something he has to show you.  Actions speak far louder than words.
