Barry Baillie was instrumental in founding Prestige Realty (Hibiscus Coast) Ltd in 2004 based on a simple premise - to provide exceptional service, marketing and sales support to a fewer number of clients. And nothing has changed in the ensuing years.
Having experienced life in large real estate agencies Barry is acutely aware that bigger is not better and in his view quality always wins over quantity.  Consequently, for him, market share is not his priority.
As principal agent and business owner of a boutique, independent agency Barry is not part of a corporate chain and therefore free to be answerable to his clients and no one else.  So-called ‘marketing systems’ are not followed slavishly but applied intelligently, and adapted to their personal needs and preferences.
Barry is synonymous with Prestige’s longstanding reputation for being straight-up, transparent and totally focussed on the interests and satisfaction of its clients.  He can’t make any decisions for you.  But he can present you with the options to make your decision-making easier.  
A former President of the Auckland district of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, Barry was recognised by his peers for his outstanding contribution to the Institute and the industry when elevated to Fellowship status in 2010.
