Having first started her career in real estate over 7 years ago, April worked alongside some of the most experienced Auckland sales consultants in the industry providing administration, marketing & online support. Wanting to further her experience, April moved in to an Admin and Support Manager role for a residential, rural and commercial team of over 40 helping to streamline property marketing campaigns and manage listings.
A few years on a move to Australia opened up an opportunity in Property Management, where April completed her Western Australia Property Management License. Working in a team of two, April helped manage a large Perth portfolio of 150+ properties.
Recently making the move back to New Zealand to be closer to family, April now specialises in residential and lifestyle property sales, using her experience in the industry to provide a reliable and high standard of service across every aspect of the buying and selling process.
April’s strong work ethic and youthful enthusiasm matched with her ambition and drive are the key attributes for her success to date. She is an innate communicator with a friendly, personable nature & genuinely enjoys helping her clients. April lives locally with her husband and in her spare time can be seen out on the water, walking her dog or teaching a local yoga class.
