Ann Marie and her husband Paul moved north from Auckland to live permanently six years ago, lured by the beach and the quality of lifestyle on offer. After looking in the north for some time to find “the right place” that ticked all the boxes, once they found Omaha they never felt the desire to move again. As she says... “it’s like living in paradise”. Ann Marie is very passionate about Omaha and loves the Omaha way of life, the community and all the great people they have met in their time there. “One of the biggest thrills for me is introducing people to all that Omaha offers”. She joined Bayleys in the North to work alongside her husband Paul who has consistently been one of Bayleys Top Performers nationally since he joined them at the end of 2008 when Bayleys opened their Omaha office. Having worked in the real estate industry previously she knows the dedication, time and effort required to reach the top and felt the time was right to step up and help Paul grow their business to the next level as the Omaha specialists. Ann Marie works with Paul as his Personal Assistant, Sales Associate and Life Partner and is also a fully qualified real estate salesperson in her own right. Ann Marie has worked alongside Paul in previous years when they had a successful importing and wholesale distribution company, and has also been very successful in various sales consulting roles in the past. With her easy going nature, good communication skills, and professional manner she finds it very easy to build relationships and rapport with both purchasers and vendors at all levels and brings that calming influence to the partnership when the stress levels start climbing.
