My wife Viv and I, have over the last 30 years, bought and sold a number of properties with the assistance of a variety of Real Estate companies and Agents. However the sale of our property in Papamoa in August 2015 stands out as the most rewarding on a number of counts. We approached Leon and Aja who are Agents for Eves on the basis of a recommendation and referral made by a friend.

The things we liked:

Leon and Aja were thoroughly professional without being aggressive or pushy. They stated the alternatives and varying scenarios clearly and gave us in depth advice and guidance; but most importantly we always felt we were in control. It was our property and our decisions.

Their advice on matters of selling by Auction and using a professional photographer to market our property probably gained us an extra $50,000 when we sold. We liked their low key style of communication. Nothing was too insignificant and they took pains to explain all matters simply and without fuss.
