Responsible for the Bayleys brand profile across the Wellington region, covering Residential Sales, Property Management and Property Services divisions in 4 locations across the Wellington Region. Working closely with our sales team on targeted marketing campaigns to assist our clients on achieving the best possible results for their property.

Aimee leads our Administration team in providing support to our clients and sales team, as well as supporting the General Manager in Recruitment, Induction and Retention, Team Culture, Professional development of team & one on one coaching of agents.
