Ailsa Dawson

With 15 years in the real estate industry behind her, Ailsa Dawson has an extensive range of skills and a broad knowledge base that she brings to her team, in her role as Sales Manager of the Taupo office. A true people person with the philosophy of giving back, Ailsa is strong on compliance, processes and systems but also having fun! For 8 years, she worked in Real Estate training, developing and delivering sales programmes to new and seasoned Licensees nationally in New Zealand as well as in Fiji. This unique level of experience is a real point of difference and proves Ailsa’s ability to help Licensees grow and achieve success on a personal and professional level, something she is extremely passionate about doing. Starting her career in Wellington, Ailsa has since Managed Sales Teams in Hawke’s Bay, Auckland and now Taupo. She made her move to the Great Lake District when the opportunity to join the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty Team was presented to her, and now immerses herself in the Taupo community through local groups and events. She particularly enjoys the fantastic range of outdoor activities that are on offer in Taupo including walking and cycling. On top of all of this, Ailsa ensures she does her bit to help the local and global community. Previously, she’s volunteered as a Victim Support worker in Wellington and currently sponsors and supports the projects of a charity dedicated to empowering children in Kenya and Tanzania through education.
