Josh Eastmure

With a vast array of skills, Josh brings a fresh approach to the Bayleys Commercial North Shore leasing team. After graduating with a Bachelor of Property degree at The University of Auckland, Josh has chosen to focus his skills in the retail and office leasing sector.

Coming from a competitive sporting background, Josh is driven and has the tenacity to achieve at the best he can, ensuring he will get the best for his clients. Playing football nearly his entire life and playing at men's first team level has helped Josh to understand the importance of working within a team, giving him the skills and knowledge needed to excel with his colleagues. 

Growing up locally on the North Shore and being a Takapuna Grammar student makes working for this team even more special for Josh. Having extensive knowledge of the area allows him to provide his clients with a great level of local understanding and allowing him to be a big part of the wider community.

With real estate running in his blood, Josh is motivated to succeed. His hard-working, no quit philosophy in addition to his approachable nature is the perfect recipe to form relationships with clients, which to Josh, is the most important thing.
