Since joining the Tauranga Bayleys Country team in 2005 Brent has consistently been one of the most successful agents involved in rural and horticultural property sales throughout the Western Bay of Plenty - establishing himself as one of the top rural agents in New Zealand. Brent began his Rural real estate journey after a successful 20-year career managing his own building company. This has enabled him to fall back on his experience both as a business owner and an employer to further develop his negotiation skills, industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to consistently achieve great results for his clients.

Brent lives on a large lifestyle block in Whakamarama with his family and their many animals. He has strong ties to the lifestyle, farming and horticultural communities and has a strong understanding of the kiwifruit and avocado industries and the challenges they may face.
