Stewart Morgan brings a strong property investment track record to the New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty team.  Based in the Herne Bay office Stewart is keen to assist others achieve their personal property goals. His ability to build strong working relationships with a broad range of people translates into trusted client partnerships where positive outcomes rule. With a firm belief in property as a wealth creation vehicle borne out by his own investment experiences, Stewart has a sharp eye for detail and a sound knowledge of property fundamentals. Previously a property investor in Dunedin Stewart has first-hand experience in property management and project managing renovations. Always seeking to up skill and network within the business community, Stewart is a member of the Auckland Property Investors Association and a former member of the Otago Property Investors Association. His personable manner, good time management strategies and perfectionist tendencies allow Stewart to streamline the sales and purchase process for his clients while aiming to exceed their service and end-result expectations. He is known for being trustworthy, reliable, upfront and above all, professional. His robust networking skills and commitment to being at the forefront of the evolving property sector is well-supported by New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty’s enviable position in the real estate market. Interested in architecture and interior design, Stewart is well-travelled and well-educated with a first class Honours Degree, BSc (Hons), in Zoology and Psychology. He also holds a commercial pilots’ license and is a dab hand on his Steinway grand piano with aspirations to further his classical music qualifications.  Stewart believes in giving back to the community where he can and until recently was a volunteer telephone counsellor for Youthline.
