Hi, my name is Patrick Lennan and it’s a pleasure to be joining my brother Basil and lifelong friend Trudi Gatland at Lodge Real Estate, where we intend working as a team to bring you the best possible service and real estate solutions. Basil and Trudi are experienced agents, and my networking skills, business nous, and intimate knowledge of Hamilton people and places are expected to complement the large database of knowledge and history that my real estate team mates possesses. As a long-time Hamilton hair salon owner and businessman, I have won multiple hair industry accolades and awards over the years. I’ve spent decades ensuring my clients look their presentable best, and I’m going to do the same when marketing your home: I’m acutely aware that ‘the shop window’ is frequently the catalyst for a positive sales process. Whether you’re selling or buying, I intend exceeding client expectations at every opportunity, providing a stress-free and fun real estate experience along the way. My style is one of honest, open, and direct communication – from initial appraisal through to settlement (before follow-up as part of my client care programme). As part of our initial meeting, you can expect me to do a lot of the listening as I set out to ask key questions in a bid to gain a comprehensive understanding of you and your circumstances, motivations, and needs. My personal philosophy is to accentuate the positive and I’ll certainly bring that to our marketing plan. We’ll work out a strategy to buy or sell your home that’s specific to your situation. I’ll attend to the detail and admin, but we’ll always keep in-mind the big picture, and we’ll remain focused on the outcome we want. On the personal front, away from work I am chair of Alzheimers Waikato, where our goal is to continue building awareness and understanding of the disease within the wider community. When I get the time I enjoy cooking, entertainment, tramping, gardening, and interior design/decorating. I’ve spent much of my adult life making sure my clients are completely satisfied – my business has depended on that, and I therefore have a personal investment in good outcomes. It’s no different now I’m in real estate. I care about property, and just as importantly, I care about people.
