One of the original Bach's in the area this is classic iconic Kiwiana - a true NZ family beach house where you can kick back and relax. Let the kids and pets run loose.
The big section has room for children to play, caravan, motorhomes, pitch the tents, or you could look into putting a cabin.
Port Waikato is one of those special places- as on one side you have the Mighty Waikato River as it meets the sea. Perfect for boating, kayaking, fishing, white bating when it is in season, then on the other side is the west coast surf beach where you can go swimming, body boarding, surfing, you are spoilt for choice as you have the best of both worlds.
You feel safe knowing you have one of the top Surf Life Saving clubs in NZ patrolling the beach and a state of the art resuscitation unit on site.
Great community spirit and easy going lifestyle.
With approx. an hour or so from Auckland it is great little weekender, or over holidays close enough to commute to work.
Has potential to add income through Book a Bach or Air B'n'B when not in use.
Either leave as it is as a kiwi Bach , renovate, or remove and build your dream home.
