100 HA Subject to Boundary Adjustment
Recently a submission into the ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme) has come back approving 24.5 Ha into the scheme, with more forestry potentially eligible to still be registered. Of the 100 Ha (subject to boundary adjustments) there are approximately 32.8 Ha of young Pinus Radiata with another 11 Ha ready to be planted on cut over, as well as stands of Macrocarpa, Douglas Fir and some Eucalyptus. Good access tracks and skids sites are already in place as this is second rotation forest. The block has approx. 24Ha of easy rolling grazing giving even more options and some incredible potential building sites, if you are looking at keeping a very close eye on your investment...... the balance of the land is made up of established natives. The clear land is currently grazed, so fencing is all in place as well as stock water, cattle yards and some shedding. A great hut sits at the highest point of the property making the ideal spot to escape the world, have your lunch or a brew and enjoy the beautiful Tasman sun and Mount Arthur Ranges!
Other options include purchasing the entire block as it currently stands being 135 Ha approx. which includes an additional 55 Ha of grazing, or there is also the option to purchase the 35 Ha Title separately, which would also be subject to a boundary adjustment.
