The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opens out to a fenced in northern entertaining area, which includes an outside shower to wash away the days salt and sand. It has the mandatory filleting table with running water to process the bounty from the sea.

There is a paved seating area, with a huge permanently installed fold up umbrella, there is also a spa pool to relax in after your hard day of fishing diving and sunbathing.

The flat section is only a 5 iron from the water on Tokerau Beach, which is a 12 kilometer stretch of golden sand (most of which is Department Of Conservation Land), the balance of the section has heaps of space to park all sorts of water toys or cars and tents, or set up the volley ball net.

The property also contains a newly constructed shed on site.

Just a short 2-3 kilometer there is a petrol station and local grocery store, cafe, wholesaler and local pub just beyond these (1 kilometer north) is the Carrington golf club and Resort with winery and restaurant, all these amenities enjoy stunning views out across Doubtless Bay to the south east and to the north across Houhora and North Cape.
