• "<p>Situated in the heart of Waipapa close to Kerikeri with an entrance off Waipapa Road is a large block of land. Most of the zoning is Rural Living the same zoning as other developments in the immediate area such as Blue Marlin, Pathways and Silkwood lane. Rural living allows section sizes to be 4,000sqm subdivided as of right or 3,000sqm with planning permission.
